Time out from the norm
I have been writing about different home businesses, which I will continue in my next post.Today I wanted to take a "time out" and tell you a little bit about what's going on in my life right now.I have two children, a son, who is 21, and a daughter, who is 19. My son is currently in Brazil on a missions trip. He went with a group from our church, and they are going to build a church there as well as take part in skits, services, and other evangelism outreaches.He has never done anything like this before, and I am SO happy he went. But you know what? I really miss him:-) He has been very much a home body - we homeschooled him, and he has always enjoyed being at home and with his family (praise to God). So this is really different. But it's another part of being a parent. I am so thankful he had the chance to go, and the group he went with is great.I look forward to hearing all their stories when they come home (in about 9 days). But I still miss him!
