Increase Online Traffic
Hi there,
Who doesn't want to increase their online traffic? If you have a business, we are all looking for ways to bring more visitors to our websites.
With that in mind, today I want to talk about the importance of blogging.
What is a blog?
Well, if you're reading this, you probably know, but, simply put, it is keeping an online journal. Blog is a shortened version of two words, web and log. A blog is a place where you can keep in touch with your visitors and customers by posting your thoughts, your recommendations on products, your specials that are running, etc. It can be interactive by inviting your readers of your blogs to post their comments on your posts.
A blog can help your readers get to know you (and thereby come to trust you) and it can be a way for you to get to know your readers and what their needs are.

Have a great weekend!

Take time to be thankful
Hi,
Well, Thanksgiving is tomorrow. We'll be cooking a turkey with all the trimmings. It's supposed to snow here in NY which won't be the first white Thanksgiving we've had.
Although we don't need a special day to be thankful to God for all He has done, I think it does remind us to take some extra time to express our gratitude. So often, we can get caught up in the "asking" for what we need or want, and thankfulness isn't always our focus.
God has done so much for our family this past year and I am truly grateful. I think back to a year ago, and my daughter had, just weeks before, been in a terrible car accident with multiple broken bones and many other injuries. It was a long road to recovery for her, but, thanks of God, she is doing well!
What about you? Is there anything you'd like to share that you are especially thankful for?
Have a blessed day tomorrow.

Need Christmas articles?
Hi,
We have probably all heard how important content is - everyone needs content for their website, blogs, newsletters, etc. But how do we get all that content? If we wrote it all ourselves, we wouldn't have time to anything else, like marketing.
So, here's my solution. Take advantage of private label rights articles. These are articles that you purchase, and can change if you want. You can sign your name to them - when you purchase them, they are yours.
Of course, when I use private label rights articles, I do rewrite them some so they reflect my knowledge and personality. Then I feel that they are unique to me.
If you're looking for some Christmas articles, there's a great deal going on at
Easy PLR. Give yourself some help this Christmas season in your business, so you can spend your time doing the important things.

Why do you want to work from home?
Hi,
What's the reason you want to work from home? People do for all kinds of reasons. Among the most common are:
- want to spend more time with family
- want the flexibility of hours
- want to be their own boss
- want to get rid of their commute
- have physical/emotional limitations, which makes working from home a better option
- just need some extra money
When I began working from home, I had homeschooled my kids for ten years prior. My youngest was graduating, so I wanted to move on to something else. I struggled with depression, so the idea of getting a job outside the home was too overwhelming for me.
I began looking into working from home - starting my own business - which was the direction I felt led to go. God opened the door to a business that I loved. I later moved into what I am doing now - connecting people with home businesses - which I have loved even more!
Having a home business challenged me and gave me something to think about instead of wallowing in depression. The extra money didn't hurt either!
My goal is to help others find a business that will be right for them and fill the need they have for wanting to work from home.
What about you? What is the reason you want to work from home? Leave a comment and let me know.
Have a great week.

Need help coming up with home based business ideas?
Hi,
Do you need home based business ideas? Sometimes, the hardest part about getting started in a home business is coming up with an idea for one. That was my problem when I thought about working from home. I didn't know what my options were.
There are many previous blog posts here that outline getting started in different businesses. If you are looking for home based business ideas, read through some of these posts. It may spur something!
You can get even more ideas with my
Home Business Resource Guide. I created the guide because of the difficulty I had myself trying to figure out what to do from home, and wanted to help others find legitimate home business opportunities. You don't need to get involved in a scam when you are looking for home based work.
A good place to start is to ask yourself: What do you enjoy doing? What do you feel strongly about? Is there a business opportunity in it?
If you are in need of more ideas, take a look at the link below and read more about the Home Business Guide.

You Can Work in Your PJ's
Hi,
How do you feel when you see this phrase? It's commonly used today, and to be honest, I don't really care for it. I think it gives quite a "laid back" approach to the whole working from home idea. However, it is true that working from home gives you the flexibility and freedom to do that if you choose.
Having said that, there is a book entitled "You Can Work in Your PJ's" written by Sylvie Charrier who has worked from home since 1996. I believe if you want to learn something, do it from someone who has already done it.
She covers so much in this ebook, that I can't begin to list it all here. Click on the link below to read everything she teaches in this book.
