Create a membership site for residual income

Hi,

Have you ever thought about having a membership site to keep money coming in month after month? I have, but, to be honest, I have no idea how to go about it.

Well, now there's help. Jimmy D. Brown, a top internet marketer, has created a membership course, where you will receive a lesson per week for 52 weeks. This is the way I learn best - in bite sized chunks, with a "to do" action step. He gives assignments to be completed, so you can create your membership site as you go through the course.

I am excited about this, because I have read a lot of Jimmy D. Brown's products and have always been happy with them. They are complete, easy to understand and easy to implement.

The idea of a membership site is becoming popular because it creates a monthly income. People like to join membership sites because of the quality content they receive.

You can build a membership site around any profitable niche. If you are not sure what a membership site is, it is basically where you supply valuable content to those that have paid to receive it.

The cost for this course is $27.00 per month, which is very reasonable to learn about this business model. You can stop the membership at any time.

Click on the link below to read more about it.

Do you need help in caring for a loved one?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to talk to you today about something that, if you are facing it, would probably be very glad to get some help with. Below is an email I received from Rhea Perry, who has served the homeschooling community for quite some time. Here is her email:

Do you or someone you know care for a family member at home?

Is this family responsibility in your future?

My husband and I cared for his dad for 3.5 years before
he died in March, 2006.

We were not prepared for what we encountered, yet were
convinced we were doing the right thing.

Our neighbor was 24 years old when he became paralyzed
from the waist down in a 4-wheeler accident.

His pregnant wife suddenly found herself caring for a
toddler and a husband who could no longer earn an income
in the construction field.

It took a while for her to adjust… after she had the baby.

One of my dear friends, Debra Thompson of Fayetteville,
Tennessee, has a heart to provide support for families
who care for their loved ones at home.

She is a wise former homeschooling mom who encourages
others who care for or are preparing to care for family
members at home.

Whether you’re facing this situation or not, listen to
this call. You never know when you may.

The call is Tuesday night, January 22 at 9 PM Eastern
Time.

The number to call is 605-475-4150

The passcode is 42037#

You are welcome to pass this on to anyone you know.

Have a good week!

Do you use an autoresponder in your business?

Hi,

I wanted to talk to you about using auto responders to simply things and make your business easier.

I resisted this for quite a while because I didn't want to add a monthly charge to my expenses. But I took the plunge and am really glad I didn

What can you use auto responders for? I use them for the following:

  • To send out a welcome message when someone signs up for my newsletter
  • For ecourses
  • To send out a follow up email after someone buys my product
  • To stay in touch with customers
  • I use the same service that my autoresponder is through to manage my newsletter - send it out
If you have a growing business, you really should have an autoresponder. It helps you out by only having to write something once, and it keeps going out over and over.

I highly recommend Aweber for your autoresponder and newsletter manager. They have excellent service and they are easy to use.

Click on the link below to try them out.

Starting a Home Based Business

Hi,

I wanted to tell you a little more about the additions I made to my Home Business Resource Guide.

I have added a report on how to choose a home business - based on your interests and if there is a market ready and willing to buy from you. I have given you steps to follow to determine the market's potential.

I've also added worksheets that will walk you through the process. I always find it helpful to write things down in an organized way - it makes it clearer for me.

I have added another bonus, which explains how to be profitable selling products in niche markets. A niche is just a specified area of interest, such as golfers or scrapbookers.

I feel it is a great product to help you on your journey to starting a home based business. So, just click on the link below to read more about this product. I am still offering it at the original price of $14.97.

Are you moving toward the "natural?"

Hi,

I wanted to talk today about the "natural" industry. It is becoming huge.

Whether it's organic food, natural skin/health care products, breastfeeding, homeschooling - there is a definite movement toward going natural in so many areas of life.

I think we are drawn to this way of living because it seems that it's the God meant it to be. We're moving back to eating and using products that are made out of ingredients that He put here for us to use.

If you have an inclination towards the "natural", why not do some investigation and see if there is a market you could serve with your information/products/services?

I would like to recommend to you a guide to help you get started in a natural business. I have gone through the guide myself and it's full of great information. Click on the link below to take a look:

Have you set smart goals?

Hi,

Well, most of you are back to work today. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

Have you heard the SMART Goal theory? When setting goals, make sure they are:

S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - Timely

Specific - don't just say 'I want to work from home". Be specific in what you would like to do and how you will get there.

Measurable - make progress toward the goal able to be measured. It produces encouragement and gives you the incentive to keep going when you see progress being made.

Attainable - plan how you will move toward your goal and the time you would like to do it in. It will be hard for you to attain them if they are vague and if you have no idea of what you have to do to achieve them.

Realistic - is this something you are able to do? Are you willing to do it? Be honest with yourself.

Timely - set a timeframe to complete different stages of the goal. For example, you want to start a home business by when? Give a month (even down to the day or week of that month). Then you want to be earning how much by when? Set up specific timetables, as it will inspire you to move ahead.

I wish you all the best in the coming year.
