Make Money with Adsense
Hi,
Well, I"m back after a hard week off. Thanks to all of you who were praying for us.
I wanted to talk to you today about a way to make money that, once it's set up, can make you money without you having to work on it everyday.
I don't usually say things like that, and it will take time to get to that point. But I can endorse this particular way of earning money because my son is using it.
It's called Adsense. Adsense ads are the ads you see on a website from Google. They might be on the top or bottom of a page, or down the left/right side columns. Whenever someone clicks on one of those ads, both Google and the website owner earn money. (not a goldmine, mind you, but they can add up, especially if you have multiple sites.)
The nice thing about this is that there is not a big start up cost and it doesn't take a lot of money to maintain it. Mainly your time (in the beginning) and the cost to host your website.
Joel Comm is like the father of Adsense and he has just come out with an updated version of "Adsense Secrets."
The unbelievable part of this is what he's charging. In the past, he has charged $97 for his Adsense ebooks, but he is offering this for only $9.95!

Taking time off
Hi,
I just wanted to write a short post and say I won't be blogging this week. My dad passed away yesterday, so I won't be around much this week.
Blessings,

Make Money Blogging
Hi,
Blogging can take on different feeling for different people. Some have a lot to say and are never at a loss as to what to blog about. Others may feel it's an overwhelming task and too much to take on.
Whatever camp you're in, blogging can be a way to interact with your target market. As you are doing this, you can recommend and promote either your own products or affiliate products, and thereby, generate some income.
You may not get rich from the income you make from blogging (some do, but probably not the majority), but it can be a good additional income stream.
- Make sure you identify who you are on your blog. I really don't like going to a blog where I can't find out who owns it. Tell more than just your name - tell what you do, how long you've done it, and tell a little about your family and background. A blog is much more informal than a website, where the conversation is one-sided. This is your chance to let people get to know you (and thereby trust you.)
- Blog consistently - whether it's every day or a few times a week, be consistent. If you have good things to share, people will look forward to your next post, so don't disappoint them.
- Get known - post comments on other people's blogs in your niche with a link back to yours. Become a "guest blogger" on some blogs in your niche.
- Join some social networking sites to get your name out there.
If you haven't started a blog yet, consider doing so. If you are interested in the craft or cooking niche, the links below will take you to guides that will help you in monetizing your blog.

What's a "twitter?"
Hi,
I thought I'd write this before I go for my morning walk. I"m so glad to be walking outside again. The weather has been beautiful for walking, so I'm going to take advantage of it.
Have you ever heard of Twitter? It's a social networking site and I just joined yesterday. I am not big on social networking sites and have always considered them to be a waste of time. But yesterday, I was listening to a webinar and the topic was just that. It seems to be important now for search engine rankings. So, I thought I'd try it. I am not going to spend a lot of time on it, but thought I should at least see what all the talk is about.
I do believe forums are a good marketing tool. If you join forums related to your niche, it's a great place to get to know people and to let them get to know you. As they do, you can make some subtle recommendations and tell about your business.
Again, you don't want to spend hours a day in forums, but if you set a specified amount of time and stick to it, they can be a good way to get your name out there and known.
If you want to join or follow me on twitter, you can go here: twitter.com/laurieneumann It could prove to be a good marketing tool for you.

Ways to Make Money Online
Hi,
We had a beautiful day here in Rochester yesterday. My husband and I, after church, went for a walk by the canal that's not too far away. It's so nice there - peaceful and in a pretty setting. Is spring starting to blossom where you are?
I had the opportunity, over the weekend, to review a new ebook that's out. It's called "Real People Making Money Online." It was interesting to read about the different things people are doing online to earn money.
What I liked most about it was the fact that it's realistic. The criteria for someone to be included in this book was that they were making at least $1000 per month online. That's not an outrageous amount - but it is an amount that sure would help pay the bills. Some are making much more than $1,000, but they all earn at least that much.
I also liked the fact that they are all doing something different online and they are not involved in "cookie cutter" type businesses. They are businesses that are unique and that they created themselves. Some were developed from an interest, some saw a need and filled it.
It should give you encouragement that there are MANY ways to make money online and might give you some ideas of how you can do the same.
You can pick it up for $37 at the link below. If you visit the link, you'll be able to see exactly who's included in the book. It's compiled by a mom of two young children, who by the way, is also making at least $1,000 per month.

Earn with the "natural"
Hi,
Are you into the "natural?" Maybe you try to eat healthy. Or you use natural cleaning products. Or you feel using natural skin care products is the only way to go. Maybe you homeschool. Or maybe you try to use only natural/organic diapers/clothing on your little ones.
Any of these can classify you as a "naturalist." If this is something you feel strongly about, you probably already share your views, ideas and recommendations with others. Why not get paid for it?
There are many ways to do this, such as selling your own product. Maybe you have come up with homemade skin care products or cleaning solutions. Or maybe you have written homeschool curriculum. Possibly you have come up with some great healthy recipes. You could market and sell these products and start earning some money from it.
You could sell affiliate products if you don't have your own. If there are products you use that you love, see if they have an affiliate program that you could join and start selling their products. You would make a commission on them when you sell them.
You could start a blog and blog about your interest in the natural. You could monetize your blog by promoting your own products, affiliate products, or by adsense (ads Google places on your blog.)
There are many possibilities here. If you want advice from someone who has done it, visit the page below. It's a start up guide by Carrie Lauth, who always provides great information.
Natural Business Information GuideDon't delay - the sooner you get started, the sooner you can be on your way to a business that you love!
Have a great weekend!
