Telecommuting - What is It and What Can I do for a Job?

I thought I would talk this week about telecommuting.  Although my main focus is helping people start a home based business, I know from the survey I did in the past that there are quite a few of you who are interested in telecommuting.

Telecommuting is working for an employer from home.  You are not starting your own business, you are working for someone else.  It could be your current employer who allows you to work at least part time from home.  Or it may be an employer you have never met and have talked to on the phone or by email.
