Become a Copywriter

Many people want to know how they can make good money working from home. There are many ways to do this, but one I’d like to highlight today is to become a copywriter.

Copywriters write copy for others. Wow – how about that definition? Not too clear? Sorry:-) Copy is the words on a web page or an online sales letter or those letters you receive in the mail. To sell a product or a service, you need to be strong in your copy of the benefits it will have to the reader. Some people find that difficult to do (like yours truly!) so they hire someone to do it for them.

Meet JoJo Tabares!

Today, we are going to talk with JoJo Tabares of Art of Eloquence. I have had the pleasure of knowing JoJo for a couple of years now, and have been in differnent networking forums with her. She and I are also in the same mastermind group. JoJo is always very willing to help and is very dedicated to God, her family and her business.

1. Can you tell us what business you are in?

Art of Eloquence provides creative and fun products and events that help the Christian community learn to communicate more effectively for the Kingdom of God. Our goal is to help Christians learn to stand up and speak out in grace for the things of the Lord. We do that through fun and interactive online events as well as creative and fun communication studies for all ages.

My Home Business Journey

Hi,

Well, I am starting a series on my home business journey, and am so glad to have you come along:-)

Before I begin, I would love for you to share with me and my readers about your own home business journey. Leave a comment and let us know what owning a home business has meant to you.

My home business journey was actually birthed in my homeschooling years. We belonged to a homeschool group, and on Fridays, my kids took classes with other kids who were homeschooled. Well, of course, this was a great time for the moms to get together and socialize! I can remember talking with one mom, in particular, who I spent a lot of my time there with. Many of our conversations centered around the fact that we both would have loved to start a home based business. But then we always were stumped at what we would do for a business. The idea sounded glamorous, but in reality, we had no idea of how we would bring it about.
