Hi Kay,

Your question is very legitimate. I am not a BBB member at this point. I have not taken the time to sign up.

You can always put in my website or name of my business in the BBB search, and even though I”m not a member, if there were complaints, it is my understanding that they would show up.

Another way to “test the waters” is to sign up for my free newsletter and get to know me.
