Another Motivation Monday Tip

Another tip for you to keep motivated is to take breaks, especially to exercise.  Physical exercise can help clear your mind and give you some energy at the  same time.  I like to walk, so I usually take a mid-morning walk after I”ve done a couple of hours work.  My son, who has an internet business, takes breaks and goes out to shoot basketball about every hour.

I’ve also heard that taking breaks about every 55-60 minutes is best, to keep things fresh.

Do what works for you, but try to “work in” some “work-out” time.

    Such good advice! I usually just forge ahead and then get so tired.

    I do that at times, too, JoJo. However, I think it’s really good to stop every so often and at least walk around some.
