Be Crystal Clear

One of the main things I got from “Marketing for Introverts” is to be crystal clear on what you do. What you offer, who you offer it to – be definite on it. Yes, it will eliminate some people when you clearly define who your target market is, but it will also make it firmly established in people’s minds what you do.
For example, if you offer virtual assistant services to small business owners, and your specialty is customer service and timely responses that keep customers happy, make that known. Don’t go after larger companies, or take on a web design project that isn’t your forte. Stick to what you are best at, and word will get around about you. You’ll have small business owners coming to you when they hear from their colleagues what a great job you do.
This is the idea of Marketing for Introverts – be so clear about what you do, and keep getting better and better at it, and business will come to you – you won’t have to go out looking for it.
