Bible Verses for Business

Our Bible Verses for Business Mondays continue as today we look at Philippians 4:13  “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

When we are running a business, we can come up against many different challenges such as…

  • Technology!
  • Disgruntled customers/clients
  • Time constraints
  • Money constraints
  • The need to learn new things
  • and many more…

How should we handle these challenges?  If we look at this verse in Philippians, we are reminded that we can handle these things, but not on our own – through Christ who will give you the strength.  But, I believe, you need to ask Him for it.

If your first reaction when one of the above scenarios presents itself is to get all discouraged or angry, take a step back.  Spend some time praying, asking God for His wisdom, strength and grace in dealing with the situation.  I bet you will see some differences.

This is a very good reminder. It is so easy to get frustrated, especially with technology! :)

    Laurie,

I love that it doesn’t say “some things.” It’s a great verse to remind us of the possibilities available when we look at our God rather than our circumstances.
