Hi again,
I hope you had a nice weekend. I can’t believe July is coming to a close already. It’s always been one of my favorite months, because it means we’re in the “heat of summer.” Yes, I like it warm!
To continue on with our discussion on becoming a Virtual Assistant, you can “niche” this position to specialize in specific tasks that you offer or you can choose a particular group of people to specialize in.
Here are some niches you could offer VA services to:
- Women online business owners
- Male online business owners
- Pet related website owners
- Nutritional website owners
- Parenting website owners
- Homeschooling website owners
- Christian website owners
It helps if you specialize and become known as the VA for that particular group of people.
As I mentioned last time, today I want to give you a resource if you are a Christian VA and want to offer your services to other Christian business owners. It’s a fairly new site, whose goal is to bring Christian VA’s together with Christian business owners. They are doing business based on the Bible verse “not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers.”
Check it out at www.christianvirtualassistants.com
Next time we’ll talk about training for a Virtual Assistant.

Laurie,
The idea of a VA is very attractive as a home based or small business owner. Have you had any personal experiences using one? I have not, and I am looking for some feedback on them.
