We all know how important it is to bring traffic to your website. No visitors, no sales, right?
Free traffic from the search engines is GREAT! But to get it, you need to do some keyword research.
There are two free keyword search tools I want to share with you today.
http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
You can do all the research you need with these tow search tools. I use both. You will find that there can be big differences in the results between the two, so I normally just make sure the phrase is at least shown to have some searches in both. If not, I look for another keyword phrase to use.
Hope that helps you bring in more traffic!
Have a great weekend!

I’m just never sure what keywords to put in. Communication skills are part of so much of life that it is a bit overwhelming to try to find keywords. I am thinking of trying to do different keywords for each product page when I redo my site next year. Would you recommend that? I’m at a loss for the home page though. lol
I would definitely recommend having different keywords for each page on your site. But be sure to check it out and do some research on what good keywords would be:-)
I was looking at your site and at the tools I mentioned in this post. How about:
importance of communication skills
good communication skills
What you want to do is to go to each of the tools and type in a general term like communication skills. Then see what phrases comes up. You want to pick one that really tells what your page is about and that has a decent amount of searches but isn’t overly competitive. Like to just target the phrase communication skills would be way too competetive, but by breaking it down to one of the two phrases I mentioned, it gets much more doable to rank for it.
When you choose your keyword phrase, you may have to reword the content on the page some. Include the keyword phrase in the title tag, h1 (page header) and use it a few times naturally within the text of the page.
That’s a very short and quick guide! If I can help on specifics, let me know.
