Zig Ziglar says that the process of selling is really nothing more than the transference of a feeling about the product from yourself to your potential customer. If we don't have that confidence in our product it is very hard to be able to transfer that feeling. Without it, we end up becoming more like a con man trying to pass off inferior products to an unwitting mark.
