Is is vital, as an entrepreneur, to keep growing and learning more. Why? Because, first of all, you need to keep up with changes as they happen. Social networking wasn’t popular until quite recently, but if you are not taking advantage of it, you are losing out on new contacts and relationships. You need to keep yourself on the “front lines” of your niche.
Secondly, and maybe most importantly, as you add more knowledge and abilities to your expertise, you will become known and recognized as an expert in your field. And who do people go to when they need something? An expert!
This is one way of marketing yourself without selling or even really trying to promote yourself. Continue to develop your skills and knowledge, and pretty soon, people will be coming to you, as your name becomes known in your niche. I don’t know about you, but that is how I like to get business – have people come to me!
