There are many marketing strategies you could engage in. There’s online marketing and offline marketing. But the things we are going to be discussing will work whether you’re looking to build an online or offline business.
So, we are not going to be discussing the same old marketing strategies that you hear and read about everywhere else. What I am going to share with you are marketing strategies that anyone can do without squirming and stammering:-)
So let’s get started. The first strategy I want to suggest is to focus on one niche and learn all you can about that niche. If right now, you are working at three or four different businesses, and they are not all clearly related, you need to choose one and stick with it. If you have several different businesses, you may be marketing to different groups of people, and that will take a lot of your time and money. You will appear “scattered” which is not a very professional appearance to have.
Choose a niche and immerse yourself in it. Learn all the information about the niche that you’re in so that you will be considered an expert or authority in your niche. That is a great way to become known. You can write articles to share some of the knowledge you have gained or do speaking engagements. That will begin to get your name out there as an expert, and all you have done is shared some knowledge – you have not had to “sell” yourself at all.
Down the road, once you have established yourself in your niche, and you want to explore some other niches, you can do that. But first, become an expert and experience success in one niche before moving on.
