Do you want to get to know what your target market is all about? What they need? How they think? Then try doing a survey and ask them direct questions about their needs and what they would like you to provide.
You can use Survey Monkey and create a survey for free! It’s great and easy to set up. You just type in the questions you’d like to ask – you can choose from creating multiple choice questions, text boxes, demographic information questions.
You can collect the feedback data and see what everyone responds. Survey Monkey does it all for you for free. There is an upgrade available, but I don’t think you need it for a basic survey.
