What Is A Profitable Niche?

When looking to get into a niche, you want to get into a profitable one.  How can you find a profitable niche?

Well, there are some that have stood the test of time.  They always seem to be popular.    Here is a general list of niches that have remained of interest over the years.

  • Fitness/Weight Loss

  • Relationships – how to have better ones

  • How to Make Money

  • Personal Growth

  • Entertainment/Hobbies/Crafts

  • Parenting

This is a very generalized list.  Look into narrowing it down to a more specific niche.  For example, with parenting, you could narrow it down to parenting a special needs child or parenting an adopted child.  Just make sure there is a willing and interested market for what you want to offer.  Do your research.

The above suggestions are just that – SUGGESTIONS.  It is up to you to research the market and decide which would be a  profitable niche for you.

Very true. Most people don’t think too much about communication skills so recently I have begun to talk about them as they relate to things people do care about: relationships, business, parenting… It isn’t the skills they want as much as the things having them will produce, ie: in their relationships, business and parenting.

Exactly, JoJo. You have to call attention to the end result that they are looking for if you want them to take action on what you’re offering.

    Laurie,

Many people are complaining that all the niches have been filled many times over on the internet. If this isn’t true it certainly fills like it is. I think the key is to find the niche in which you are interested and will love spending time promoting. This will give you a good start from those in your niche who just picked it becuase they thought they could make money with it.

We must never forget that we are fearfully and wonderfully made so there is nobody on the earth with our particular personality, experiences, and skills. If we put a little of ourself into everything we do that will help differentiate us from others in our niche in a way they can’t replicate.

    Brad
