What Do You REALLY Do?

You need to be able to answer this question.  What is it that you want to be known for?    Here are some things to think about, taken right from the “Getting Business to Come to You” book.

  • What Makes You Distinctive?
  • What About You Stands Out from the Crowd?
  • Why do People Choose You?
  • Who are You Best Suited to Serve and Why?

So, again, I ask you, “what do you want to be known for?”

When you specialize, you will be more memorable.  It will also encourage your competition to refer others to you, as they won’t f eel threatened by your “jack of all trades” mindset.  If they know exactly what you do, they’ll be able to refer others on to you when they are looking for what you offer.  You could even offer them a commission, based on referrals sent to you.

What do I want to be known for?  I want to be known as someone who really cares about you finding fulfilling work that will add purpose, pleasure and profit to your life.

What about you?
