They have phone technical support 24/7, which is very important. When I'm having a technical issue, I don't want to email someone and have to wait for them to email back, and go through this process several times before the issue gets resoloved. I want to pick up the phone and talk to them.
I have been happy with the service we get when we call, and the technicians are knowledgeable. They've always been able to answer our questions.
I have experienced very little downtime (maybe an hour or two in the past year). Very important!

It's normally $7.95/month, but now, until September 24th, you can purchase the pro plan for $5.95/month. You would need to sign up for a one year or two year plan.

Today I wanted to share with you a very good offer. If you have a business, you most likely will need a website. And that website will need to be hosted.
I use IPower for my hosting and domain names. I have been very happy with them. They have 24 hr. phone technical support, which is important. All the technicians I have dealt with have been knowledgeable and helpful.
I have only experienced a couple hours of downtime over the past year, which also is very important. You don't want a hosting company who is continuously having problems, resulting in you losing business.
Right now (until July 13 at noon) IPower has cut prices on their domains and hosting plans.
